


The objectives of the Catoosa Chamber of Commerce are divided across three divisions, Resource Development, Community Development, and Organization Development. The following shows the goals the Board of Directors has identified as most important for our Chamber:
Resource Development
Mission: Maintain, build and serve the member investors of the Chamber through better communication and programs aimed at helping their businesses.
Membership Relations Committee
Partnership recruitment campaigns (Once a year)

Monthly networking facilitation through Monthly Luncheons, Spotlight Breakfasts, and Business After Hours Events

Create new opportunities for the Chamber to raise funds

Community Development
Mission: Show other communities the "Team Catoosa” spirit, promoting Catoosa as an outstanding place to work and live.
Education Committee

Work closely with our Catoosa Public Schools, school board and administrators to continue to increase the public image of our school system

Monitor the provisions of the bond issue through the Oversite Committee, to ensure funds are administered correctly

Encourage and participate in student testing in September and May of each year
Beautification Committee

Plan and complete projects to help beautify Catoosa.
Organizational Development

Develop, administer, and maintain a professional, informative website to promote the Chamber of Commerce and our Partners
